Well, what fun this is!!
Blogging is just one terrific idea - just loved the sample Local History Blog.
What a great opportunity for our communities to contribute to our combined knowledge! Local History Librarians must be just thrilled to be able to invite and involve participation at the level.
............Only one thing............. The community seems to have ignored the opportunity to submit their items..............Guess we are just ahead of the crowd and over time all blogs will be used to capacity.
Just a tad cynical? yes!
Onwards and upwards..........the future looks bright and full of interesting comments from an active community only too willing to share their viewpoints, memories and interests with the world at large.

Welcome to Learning 2.0. Thanks for your thoughts on community readiness. I guess not everybody out there is web 2.0 enabled just yet. But, after Learning 2.0 we'll be ready to lead the way!
